Wildchild Nation (WCN) is the creative brainchild of Luam & Traci, two Manhattan fashionistas heavily involved in the entertainment industry. As a well celebrated and connected choreographer and dancer duo, they found themselves anticipating hot trends long before they hit stores and finally made an effort to emerge as innovators of new styles in the young, Soho, urban, and vintage markets. Their initial designs were carried in Soho boutiques, selling out immediately and frequently used for window display. Their clothes were also sought after by celebrity stylists and used in music videos and concert stages. After only a couple of months and great response, they revisited the business to better meet demand, also to return with a competent business partner and sound financial backing.



Marc David, a successful entrepreneur with years of business formation experience, expressed interest in joining the team after having sold his latest venture. Marc joined the company in September 2006 and Wildchild Nation was officially launched.

With the establishment of the company, their current line, Wildchild, began production immediately. Wildchild is a WCN label born from Luam & Traci's long-standing ideal of empowering buyers to extract their hidden creativities and rebellious identities. In their design and branding, they aim to challenge the population in realizing their creative aspirations and dreams, ultimately wearing them. Wildchild is heavily influenced by music, vibrant color, pop art, reggae culture, Manhattan style, and urban sensibilities.
