Haut-Hobo

We have a lot of fashion magazines at UATW Global HQ, I mean a lot. Most are stored on book cases in the halls, many are in the executive bathroom. As I sit amoungst the marble statues of roman boys in said executive water closet, I am afforded the time to flip through great high-end runway and fashion magazines from all over the world. Lately (the past three years) many of the spreads have a grimey feel to the shoot itself, with scenes of urban blight juxtaposed to the layered wool and cotton of some 2500 dollar get-up. The models look filthy and addicted, blankly staring down the lens.
It seems you can achieve this look with out spending too much by simply adopting a hobo lifestyle. By jumping trains and sleeping in scrap yards one can perfect a haut vagabond look. The site that posted the images commented "These are great photographs, whether the subjects are granola punks, lazy or disabled in any way is beside the point . The photos reflect an alternative lifestyle, something we don't get to see up close. I found viewing them an extraordinary reminder of youth, poverty, freedom, desolation, dirt, filth" I found the people in the pictorial to have a certian desperate style that seems dapper out of necessity. It's amazing where you can find amazing culture. check out the full spread->>

Avoid the last pic at the bottom if you are sketchy about eviscerated possums. Hey, they gotta eat.
